ٹینڈے گوشت بنانے کی ترکیب

ٹینڈے گوشت
اجزاء:
•ٹینڈے_____ 1 پاؤ
•نمک، مرچ_____ حسب پسند
•پیاز_____ 4 عدد
•گھی_____ آدھ کپ
•ٹماٹر_____ 2 عدد
گوشت_____ آدھ کلو
•ہلدی_____ 1/3چمچ
•دھنیا_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•ہری مرچ_____ 1 عدد

پیاز کاٹ کر گھی میں تل لیں۔
گوشت بھون کر تمام مصالحہ بھون لیں۔
پانی ڈال کر گوشت گلائیں۔
گلنے پر ٹینڈے ڈال کر خوب بھون لیں۔
گھی الگ ہو جائے تو تھوڑے پانی میں ٹینڈے گلا کر بقدر ضرورت پانی ڈال کر شوربہ بنالیں۔
شوربہ میں ایک ابال ہلکی آنچ پر آجائے تو اتار لیں۔
مزید ار ٹینڈے گوشت تیار ہے۔

Ingredients

  • Hari mirch (Green chili) 2

  • Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
  •  
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8-9
  •  
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tabs
  •  
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
  •  
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
  •  
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tabs
  •  
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
  •  
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  •  
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  •  
  • Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
  •  
  • Mutton mix boti ½ kg
  •  
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  •  
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  •  
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
  •  
  • Laung (Cloves) 3-4
  •  
  • Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ¼ tsp
  •  
  • Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
  •  
  • Water 2 Cups or as required
  •  
  • Tinday (Round gourd) peeled ½ kg
  •  
  • Water 1 Cup or as required
  •  
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3

Directions

In chopper,add green chilli,ginger,garlic,fresh coriander and onion,chop well & set aside.

In small bowl,add yogurt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and mix well.Spiced yogurt is ready!
