Biryani is a delicious dish. It is cooked continuously, including rice, vegetables, spices, meat, or chicken.

The following ingredients are required for the biryani recipe:
Ingredients:
- Beef or Chicken (1/2 kg)
- Rice (2 cups)
- Onions (2 pcs, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2 pcs, finely chopped)
- Cumin (1 teaspoon)
- Coriander powder (1 teaspoon)
- Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- salt (to taste)
- Mint address (for the recipe)
- green chilies (for seasoning)
- Coriander leaves (for seasoning)
- Yogurt (1 cup)
- Vegetables (like carrots, peas, capsicum etc.)
Recipe:
- To make a one-pan meal, wash and soak the rice.
- Add meat or chicken, onion, tomato, cumin, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to a pot and cook to combine.
- Stir constantly until the meat or chicken is cooked through and turns white.
- Boil the rice in water for some time. When the rice is 3/4 cooked, add the meat.
- Then mix the rice with the meat well.
- Now add curd and chopped vegetables.
- After that, put the pan on low heat and let it simmer. Simmering for a while further deepens the temperature of the biryani and improves its aroma and taste.
- When the biryani is cooked, serve it garnished with mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves and other favorite vegetables.
- As per your wish, you can add raita, salad or chutney with biryani.
Note: You don't have to add every single spice to make biryani fragrant. Don't worry if you're without some spices, as your biryani will turn out delicious!
